Our content

Original content and design on this site belong to OneByte Solutions. Third-party names, trademarks, software, and other materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences. Quote our content with credit, but ask before copying large parts.

No warranties

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but provide it as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Project work

These terms cover use of the website. The free prototype offer starts with a call to agree the core flow to demonstrate within five days. You do not need to sign a paid project agreement or start a retainer to see that prototype. If you choose not to continue, there is no prototype fee.

Paid development and ongoing support begin only after a separate agreement covering scope, fees, delivery, and other project terms. Sending an enquiry does not commit either party to a paid project.

We link to other websites as examples of work or useful references. We don't control their content or privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply a partnership or endorsement.
