The short version
We use your enquiry details to respond and discuss potential work. We also process technical information to operate and protect this website. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.
What we collect
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, selected service, and message. Our contact form also processes your IP address and submission timing to help prevent spam. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, and discuss potential projects. We use technical information to operate the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse. If we start working together, any additional project data and requirements will be addressed separately.
Where it's stored
Form messages are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service, to our business mailbox hosted by Zoho. The website is hosted on Vercel. We don't keep enquiries in a separate website database.
Third parties
Vercel, Resend, and Zoho process information as needed to host the website, deliver messages, and maintain our mailbox. Their services may process information outside your country, and we access enquiries from Pakistan. See the privacy notices for Vercel, Resend, and Zoho.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for no more than three years after receiving them, and delete them sooner when they are no longer needed. If an enquiry becomes a project, separate project records may have different retention requirements, including those needed for accounting or legal obligations. Technical logs and service backups follow the relevant provider's retention settings and deletion processes.
Cookies and analytics
We don't add advertising cookies or individual visitor-tracking analytics to this website. Hosting and security services may still process technical information as described above.
Your rights
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information, email hello@onebytesolutions.org. We may need to verify your identity. We'll handle your request under applicable law and explain if any information must be retained for a legal obligation.
Changes
If anything important changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
